Ok i'm sitting down looking at a knight hauler wondering what the heck do i do to a knight hauler

i have three areas on the knight im going to chop
1st is the roof
im going to lower the roof 3/8 inch
2nd im going to raise the fender 3/8 inch
3rd im going to lower the sleeper 3/8 inch
ok lets start with roof and lowering the sleeper

Time for removable of the fender area.

I did alot of modding here.
1st I need to cover the air vents. so instead of filling i chose to replace the whole side.
2nd I want the grill to lean back.

The paint came and now I painted the rails and added 3 inches to them in length.
I painted it cherry red with a clear metalic coat.

I then installed the axels and suspension.

Ok, sleeper is on and now im prefitting it.

its about ready for sanding :)

Now Im going to attempt to make a headache rack :), here it goes!!

O, so far 2 coats of red, wait for it to dry for a day or 2 and then light sand it for final coat.
Tranny is installed, with 55T and a 6:1 reduction unit installed plenty torquey.

Now I started to install Accesories. and It's all finished :)
